tomek.io is an informational website describing Tomekio LLC, its software products, and its consulting services. The Site does not provide accounts, user submissions, payments, or transactions. Any products or services we offer (for example, Clifton at tryclifton.com) are governed by their own separate terms, which you should review before using them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where reasonable. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
